Labour Party internal elections 2023
We are writing to ask you to urge your constituency to nominate the grassroots centre-left candidates for the CLP Sections of the following three committees: Conference Arrangements Committee (CAC), National Constitutional Committee (NCC), and National Women’s Committee (NWC).

The deadline for CLPs to submit their nominations for all three committees is noon on Friday 23rd June.

The candidates that CLPs are being urged to nominate are set out below. They have been endorsed by the Centre-Left Grassroots Alliance (CLGA). CLPD and other groups in the CLGA are supporting these candidates.

To assist with making nominations at CLP meetings, the statements of all these NCC, CAC and NWC candidates can be downloaded as a PDF here and as a MS Word document here.

The elections for the CAC and NCC will take place at the Party’s Annual Conference in October and the elections for the NWC will take place at the Party’s National Women’s Conference in October.

So please try to ensure that your CLP elects delegates to both these conferences who will vote for these grassroots candidates in October.
