If you would like to submit an article for Labour Hub or want to pitch an idea, please email labourhubUK@gmail.com
But before you do, please read our “Do’s and Don’t’s for Contributors” below:
DO….
Write clearly and concisely, avoiding use of internal party jargon or acroynyms
Be Zen – stay calm and respectful, even under provocation
Be Confident – that you will win the debate by the power of your argument and the available evidence
Be Original – Try to set the agenda, not just respond to it
Be Inspiring – we aim to enthuse and mobilise our readers
Speak from experience – your story matters
Be Generous – people can make mistakes without needing to be cast into outer darkness
DON’T….
Personally abuse or insult people, we want contributions that are about the politics and not the personalities
Be offensive – by including any racist, sexist, or homophobic comments or insults, or say anything discriminatory against disabled or transgender people.
Be careless – by making unsubstantiated or inaccurate claims
Just give an opinion or make an assertion – argue your point, justify it with relevant evidence from credible sources
